Express Profit Center


The Express Profit Center is a grab-n-go hot food merchandiser that lets foodservice operators display hot product anywhere in the store safely for up to four hours. Innovative air curtain technology directs a continuous flow of heat across the open front of the unit. This air “curtain” forms an effective barrier between ambient conditions and the unit’s internal climate, enabling the EPC to hold pre-packaged, prepared food product above safe holding temperature for up to four hours under ideal holding conditions (see below.)

The air curtain also promotes even heating throughout the case, while the temperature settings for each shelf can be adjusted separately. Designed for retail use, the EPC-200 is an excellent solution for deli managers seeking to expand cross-merchandising options and impulse sales to customers. The small, portable footprint makes it perfect for placement in checkout lanes and high-traffic merchandising areas.

Each unit comes standard with casters and a single phase electrical connection so it can be easily moved into high-traffic locations throughout the day. Long-lasting, low-energy LED lighting provides a brilliant product presentation while conserving energy and reducing environmental impact and maintenance expense. Shelving is lightweight, adjustable, and removes easily for cleaning.

 

Open Fryer

Henny Penny open fryers offer highvolume frying with programmable operation, oil management functions and fast, easy filtration. The OFE-321 open fryer is available with a full vat or a split vat configuration. The split vat choice allows you to fry different products in completely separate environments at the same time—a great way to multiply your profits with one fryer. Henny Penny 320 series open fryers recover temperature very quickly and have earned the ENERGY STAR® mark for energy efficiency. Fast recovery translates into higher throughput, lower energy costs and longer frying oil life. A built-in filtration system filters and returns hot frying oil in less than four minutes, with no separate pumps or pans required.

Frequent filtering extends frying oil life, improves product quality and reduces oil costs. The OFE-321 electric open fryer features Henny Penny’s heavy-duty stainless steel rectangular fry pot that promotes fast even cooking and comes with a 7-year warranty—the best in the business. The COMPUTRON™ 8000 control provides fully automatic, programmable operation, as well as energy-saving, filtration and cook management features. Pressure Fryer

Henny Penny first introduced commercial pressure frying to the foodservice industry 50 years ago. Today, Henny Penny pressure fryers continue to lead the industry in performance, durability and innovation. Frying under pressure enables lower cooking temperatures and faster cooking times. The additional pressure also helps seal in the food’s natural juices and reduce absorption of frying oil into product. Results of pressure frying generally produce a product with less fat and more original flavor than other methods of frying.

Henny Penny pressure fryers incorporate several beneficial design features, including rectangular fry pot, cold-zone, color-keyed locking spindle, heavy duty lid hinge, raised edge on fryer deck and more. The PFE-500 features choice of low or high wattage immersed heating elements.

Henny Penny’s highefficiency heat exchange system produces among the lowest average exhaust gas temperatures in the industry, so you get fast recovery and energy savings. A narrow five square foot footprint also saves floor space and cookline frontage. Built-in filtration system filters and returns hot oil in less than four minutes with no extra pumps or pans and no handling of hot oil. Smart Combi Oven

Henny Penny SmartCombi combi ovens use moist heat and dry heat, either separately or in combination, to produce the ideal cooking conditions for a wide variety of foods. Four basic cooking modes employ a variety of built-in functions in different ways.Henny Penny bridges the gap between boiler and boilerless combis with patented Advanced Steam Technology.™ This system generates large amounts of steam in the cooking cabinet quickly without the deliming and maintenance issues of a boiler. Operator can select humidity levels from 0-100% relative humidity. Digital humidity control continuously measures and maintains the humidity level in the cabinet by automatically adding steam or venting excess humidity.

  • Steaming/Moist heat: 86-266°F (30-130°C) Low and high-temperature steaming.

The SmartCombi features a wide range of pre-programmed menu selections for fully automatic cooking and can be easily programmed by the user. Units include multi-sensor core temperature probe for automatic probe cooking. USB port is standard. Removable rails accept 2/1 GN and full-size steam table pans, or full-size sheet pans on wire shelves.

Heating Cabinet


 

The Henny Penny two tier counter warmers are designed specifically for serving and displaying hot food at the point of sale in retail foodservice operations. Units feature high product visibility, pass-through operation, and water-well humidity control.These attractive, dependable humidified countertop warmers offer practical pass-through convenience while keeping hot food items fresh, appetizing and on display for customer impulse purchases. The HCW two-tier models also offer a combination of separate holding environments. The unit’s lower tier features humidified operation from a heated, auto-fill reservoir in the base. Upper tiers operate with dry radiant heat, only. Temperatures for each tier are controlled separately. Tough acrylic flip up doors offer excellent product visibility and convenient pass-through access—a must for high-volume service. Units are built from high-quality stainless steel and are insulated for energy-efficient operation.
